Poplin
Few types of textiles can compare to poplin in terms of beauty, durability, and functionality. This material boasts numerous advantages, among which the quality of the fabric stands out. The main merits can be summarized into eight properties:
1. Non-stretchability: Consequently, there is no shrinkage. A set of bed linen made of poplin will retain its size for many years.
2. Colorfastness: There's no need to worry about colors fading or bleeding during washing. The color is resistant even to sunlight exposure.
3. Resistance to creasing: Clothing can be easily smoothed out during drying. The same applies to spreading out a folded set on a bed.
4. Hypoallergenic: Natural cotton does not cause skin reactions, even in infants.
5. Breathability: Poplin does not hinder normal skin ventilation, reducing the risk of overheating.
6. Excellent thermoregulation: In hot weather, poplin fabric slightly cools the skin, while in cold weather, it provides warmth.
7. Non-slip surface: The relief surface, formed by the special weaving of threads, provides such properties to the fabric. Bedding remains pleasant and velvety without slipping.

Its main characteristic lies in the distinctive striped pattern, which appears not through printing but due to the special interweaving of two types of threads. The main threads in the weave form an interesting ornament, while the weft threads create a smooth structure.
Another feature of stripe satin is that both the face and reverse sides look the same.
The color palette is presented with various colors and shades, as dyeing is done without any issues. Typically, subdued tones are used for making bedding from stripe satin, but in the collections of some manufacturers, bright and deep shades, including dark sets, are not uncommon. Thanks to the dye's ability to penetrate the thread evenly throughout the depth of the product, the color is evenly and durably dyed, resistant to fading.
The fabric does not accumulate static electricity. This is a plus for bedding, especially in the fall-winter season. Such bedding will not become "charged".
The inclusion of 100% natural cotton in stripe satin gives it pleasant tactile properties. It's comfortable to rest and sleep on such bedding.
